Since November 2018 the headquarters of Coca Cola moved to Marten Meesweg 25 (MM25) in Rotterdam. In addition to creating a new work environment in the building, smart technology has been implemented in the office. This allows the building to be used in a sustainable way. The sensors monitor which rooms are being used so, for example, there is insight into which room requires cleaning and which does not. In addition, it can lead to a reduction in energy consumption and maintenance.
