The Provinciehuis in Zwolle is the administrative center of the Province of Overijssel, home to the provincial government and council. A new, sustainable building is currently under development, designed to provide a modern and healthy work environment.
The new Provinciehuis will feature smart technologies for energy efficiency, light management, and temperature control, as well as CO₂ detection for a healthy indoor climate. With occupancy data and insights, the building will optimize space usage and reduce costs, all managed through the bGrid Operator platform.
This project reflects Overijssel’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and creating a comfortable environment for collaboration and governance.
