The Melzi d'Eril building in Milan has bGrid's smart building technology installed across almost 9000 square meters. Our multi-sensor nodes collect more than 100 million datapoints every month, which are used to improve and optimise this refurbished office building for its occupants. The project was completed in 2022 and has since been awarded a number of smart building certificates, including the LEED Platinum, BREEAM Very good, and WELL Silver awards.
